Easter!...just a month late!

I don't want you all to completely forget about my blog...so I'll do a couple quick updates with some cute photos!  Totally forgot to post Easter photos this year....here ya go!

Easter bunny!  Hailee's photo is similar to that of her with Santa.  She was not happy.

Easter morning!  I swear, they were more happy than they look :)

Reading a new Easter book with mommy.

I LOVE poofy, frilly, girly dresses.  I figure I will only be able to put the girls in these for a couple more years, so I went a little over the top this year.  They loved them and they were adorable for church and brunch.

Seriously.love.these.girls.  They cannot get any cuter!

I love the way they love on each other.  Makes my heart happy!

This was coloring eggs the week before Easter at my dad and mom's house.

I think was right before Hannah took a bite of her egg...with the shell on it.

Eggs!

Somebody sure did love coloring Easter eggs this year!

Easter!

Well, Easter was yesterday.  But, by the end of the day I was so exhausted I couldn't even think about blogging.

We had a great day!  My family and grandparents came down to our house.  We went to brunch and then came back and hung out all day.  To say the kids were a bit spoiled this Easter would be an understatement.  Paul and I got them all more than we normally would.  We figured H&H missed their birthday party (and Valentine's Day:) from being in the hospital, so we got them a couple extra things.  Being spoiled by the grandparents is nothing new.  Anyways, they all had fun.  The only thing missing from our day was a church service.  We still haven't been to church since the sickness.  We plan to start going back in two weeks on a regular basis again.

Enjoy the photos from our day!

The Easter baskets before the kids destroyed them!

Hannah and Hailee got this rocking horse.  Hannah was the first to try it out and she LOVED it!

I think this photo is funny because of the little hand reaching for Ella's peep.  I think it was Hannah's :)

Ella the baker!

Hailee

Ella

I tried to get a good photo of all three girls.  As you can see, they had more important things to do!

Love this photo.  I still can't believe they kept these headbands on most of the day.

These cute white rocking chairs were H&H's birthday gift from great grandpa and grandma Denomme.  Grandpa made them for the girls.  They are so adorable!  H&H loved them!!

Gampa and Gammy got the girls one big gift...this house.  Ella was ecstatic, to say the least as she had been asking for one of these for a while now.

Me and my love.

Ryan, me, Paul, and Leah

Just chatting :)

This was the best out of about 20 family photos of the 5 of us.  What does that tell you about how the rest turned out?

Chloe helped Ella with the Easter egg hunt.

Hannah's favorite gift was the yogurt melts!

And these binoculars were Ella's favorite.  Well, besides the house.

Hailee tried and tried to get through this plastic to eat the chocolate.  She did not succeed.

I opened up the yogurt melts and both babies attacked!

Best Aunt ever! (This has been pretty typical for Ella over the past two weeks.)

Ready for Easter!

The Clark household is ready for Easter!  We are hosting Easter at our house again this year.  I cannot say how EXCITED we are not to be traveling this weekend!  It makes it so much easier for us with three little ones to stay home and have the family come to us once and a while :-)

Ella and I made this little carrot house last week.  We got this kit from a friend that send us a craft box with lots of things to keep Ella busy.  She had so much fun putting it together!

Coloring Easter eggs!

Dunking them in very carefully after splashing dye everywhere the first couple times.

Hailee

Hannah.  H&H both snacked on some Annie's bunnies while they watched us color eggs.  How appropriate.

We LOVE having daddy home on a weekday!  Thank goodness for no work on Good Friday! :)

YAY for pretty eggs!

Mommy and Ella

Of course she had to taste one :)  Ella loves hard boiled eggs!

All done!  This is only about half of the eggs we colored.

I made deviled eggs for a cookout that we are going to tonight.  I even used my Pampered Chef Easy Accent Decorator to make the filling pretty.  I don't think I had used that thing since we moved here almost four years ago!

I got this bouquet at Trader Joes last night for only $5.99.  What a deal!  I love fresh flowers at home.

Paul got Ella this little flower growing kit at Home Depot recently.  She had so much fun decorating the outside.  Every morning she checks it to see how much her flowers have grown.  I recommend something like this for the toddler in your life!  So easy to do and fun for Spring!

I even got out Easter decor this year.  Again, something I haven't done really since we moved.  I got this little thing as a gift earlier this year.  Isn't it cute??

Hailee, Hannah, Ella, and the Easter Bunny!  They did so good sitting with him.  I was pleasantly surprised!

This is the Easter photo I took of the girls earlier this week.  Well, it's actually a few photos that have been Photoshopped together to make one decent picture.  Getting one shot of all three girls looking at the camera is nearly impossible!
